What we collect

When you use the booking form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, chosen service, preferred appointment time, and any message you add. We don't collect any information beyond what you submit yourself.

How we use it

We use this information solely to contact you and arrange your appointment. We don't use it for marketing unless you separately ask to be added to a mailing list, and we never sell your information to third parties.

Who we share it with

Booking form submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service, which delivers them to our email inbox. Formspree acts as a data processor on our behalf — see their privacy policy for details on how they handle data in transit.

How long we keep it

We keep booking enquiries for as long as needed to arrange your appointment and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping, then delete them.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, contact us at hello@yourbarbershop.co.uk.

Cookies

This site does not currently use tracking or advertising cookies. If we add analytics in future, this policy will be updated to reflect that.
